This invigorating itinerary will take you on a journey traversing the scenic landscapes of Himachal Pradesh including Dharamshala, abode of the Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama. Day 01: Delhi (Arrival and overnight stay)
Arrive at the Delhi Airport and following a warm greeting from our representative, transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi (Sightseeing of Delhi city)
Indulge in an all day sightseeing tour of landmarks in Delhi including Jama Masjid, Jantar Mantar, India Gate, Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Qutub Minar and Parliament House. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi - Chandigarh - Nalagarh (300 km - Train travel)
You will be assisted in your transfer to the railway station, from where you will board the train to Chandigarh. Enjoy your breakfast onboard the train. Upon arrival in Chandigarh, you will be assisted in a smooth transfer to Nalagarh which is 60 km/ 1 hrs drive. Check-in at your hotel and visit the Nalagarh fort later in the day. Return to your hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Nalagarh - Pragpur (138 km - 2.5 hours)
After a leisurely breakfast, you will head towards Pragpur. Pragpur is ideally located in close proximity to Kangra valley allowing for easy exploration. The place abounds with places of historical and cultural importance. Check-in at your hotel, later in the evening, at your leisure, get acquainted with the rich flora and fauna of this enchanting and serene place. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Pragpur (Local sightseeing)
After an early morning breakfast embark on an expedition towards Bharwain which is 15 minutes drive. From there trek on foot towards Bhadyaru-Chanota-Nalsuha-Karoli-Har, to join the Pragpur Road en route to Judge’s Court. Have your lunch en route and upon completion return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 06: Pragpur - Dharamshala (45 km - 2 hrs)
Post-breakfast; embark on a scenic trip to Dharamshala. Upon arrival in Dharamshala, check-in at your hotel. After a short rest, go on an enchanting sightseeing tour of the area. Return to your hotel upon completion for an overnight stay.
Day 07: Dharamshala - Palampur (35 km - 1 hrs)
Post-breakfast; leave for the picturesque Palampur which is 1 hours drive away. Palampur is surrounded by tea gardens and pine forests, a captivating hill station situated in the Kangra valley. Upon arrival check-in at your hotel for an overnight stay, the rest of the evening is at your leisure.
Day 08: Palampur (Local sightseeing)
After an early breakfast, embark on an enthralling 6-7 hours trek to Langa or Seven Echo Hills. You’ll bare witness to stunning scenery during your trek. Later in the evening return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 09: Palampur – Kullu - Naggar (175 km - 6 hrs)
Depart for Kullu after an early breakfast. Kullu is a breathtaking hill station in Himachal Pradesh. Naggar is 26 km/1 hrs (approx.) drive from Kullu. Upon arrival check-in at your hotel in Naggar or alternatively you can choose to stay in Kullu itself.
Day 10: Naggar (City Tour)
After breakfast, embark on a local sightseeing of the Naggar which includes the castle of the erstwhile King, and the famous Roerich Art Museum. Later go on a small excursion to Bijli Mahadev temple and back. Return to your hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 11: Naggar - Solang Valley - Naggar (114 km - 3 hrs)
Post breakfast, leave for the stunning Solang Valley which is famous for paragliding, skiing, horse riding and other adventure sports. Afterwards trek forward to the glacier. Trace your steps back to Solang Valley, from where you will be transferred back to Naggar for your overnight stay. Your lunch will be provided en route to Naggar.
Day 12: Naggar - Shimla (215 km - 6 hrs)
After breakfast, depart on a scenic journey towards Shimla. Check in at your hotel upon arrival. Today’s itinerary includes shopping in the city mall, a visit to the Gothic churches and the grand structures built during Raj era. Later return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 13: Shimla - Chandigarh - Delhi (370 – Train travel)
After an unhurried breakfast, drive ahead to Chandigarh which is 120 km/2.5 hrs drive. Indulge in the local sightseeing of this beautifully planned and executed city. Later you will be escorted to the railway station to board the connecting train to Delhi. On arrival, you’ll be assisted in your transfer to the airport will be provided by our representative for your return flight home.
