Day 01 and 02: Kolkata (Arrival and city tour)

On your arrival in Kolkata, our representative will offer you a warm welcome and assist you to check in to the hotel where you will stay overnight.

On the 2nd day you will travel across the major attractions of Kolkata. The attractions include Victoria Memorial and Indian Museum among others.

In the evening you will return to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 03 and 04: Kolkata - Maldah (330 km – Train travel)

Early in the morning you will be transferred to the railway station to board the train for Malda town. On your arrival our representative will assist you in transfer to a hotel for your overnight stay.

On the 4th day of your itinerary, you will be escorted on a local sightseeing of the Malda Town.

After your excursion you will return to your hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 05 and 06: Maldah - Siliguri (254 km - Train travel)

Travel to Siliguri on the 6th day of your itinerary. You will travel onboard a train till Siliguri from where you will travel by surface to Siliguri. On arrival you will be transferred to a hotel for your overnight stay.

On this day you will also embark on local sightseeing of this scenic town. Later return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 07 and Day 08: Siliguri - Darjeeling (65 km - train travel)

After your morning breakfast depart for Darjeeling onboard the Toy Train. Savour the stunning landscape unfolding before your eyes on your way to Darjeeling.

On the 8th day of the itinerary, you will leave for the Tiger Hill to view a sublime sunrise over the Kanchenjunga Peak. Later go on to explore this picturesque town. Today’s attractions include a visit to Ghoom Monastery, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Institute and Tenzing and Gombu Rock among others.

Later return to your hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 09: Darjeeling – Pemayangtse (40 km - 1 hrs)

Today you will drive to Pemayangtse where our rep will assist you in smooth transfer to a hotel. After refreshing yourself, you will be escorted on a visit to Yuksom Monastery. Later return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 10 to Day 12: Pemayangtse - Gangtok (25 km - 0.5 hrs)

On the 10th day of your itinerary, you will depart by surface to Gangtok. On arrival, you will be transferred to a hotel for your accommodation.

On the 11th day, take an excursion to the locales of the Gangtok. Today you will visit Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Chorten, and the Rhumtek Monastery. After sightseeing return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

On the 13th day, enjoy Tashi View at dawn. After your breakfast, you will be escorted on a visit to Phodong Monastery. Later return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 13 to Day 15: Gangtok - Lachung - Yumthang - Lachung - Gangtok (Local sightseeing)

On the 13th day of the itinerary, you will depart for Lachung, visiting Kabi, Mangan, Singik and Maltim en route. You will be transferred to a hotel in Lachung upon your arrival for the overnight stay.

Early next morning, go on an excursion to Yumthang valley. Home to the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary, the enchanting valley is a grazing pasture located 3,575 metres above the sea level. Later return to your hotel for your overnight stay.

15th day of the itinerary will take you to Gangtok. En route revel in the majesty of Kanchenjunga from Singhik and take a tour of the Phodong Monastery. Your overnight stay will be arranged in a hotel

Day 16 to Day 18: Gangtok - Pemayangtse - Kalimpong (Local sightseeing)

On the 16th day of your trip, you will depart to Pemayangtse where you will be transferred to a hotel for your overnight stay. You will have rest of the day at leisure.

On the 17th, you will leave for Kalimpong visiting Pemayangtse Monastery en route. Rest of the day you are free to do as you please. Your overnight stay will be arranged in a hotel.

18th day will be for the local sightseeing of this scenic hill station. Kalimpong is famous for its flower markets and educational institutions; most of which were set up by British during Raj era. You will be taken to a guided visit to the various flower nurseries. Later return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 19 and 20: Kalimpong - Darjeeling - Bhadrapur - Kathmandu (Air travel)

On the 19th day of your India Nepal tour, you will leave Kalimpong for Darjeeling where your overnight stay will be arranged. In the free time, the guests have an option to go for white water rafting.

Leave for Bhadrapur airport in the morning where you will board the flight to Kathmandu. On your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will meet up with you and transfer you to a hotel for overnight stay.

Day 21 and Day 22: Kathmandu (Local sightseeing)

Today you will embark on sightseeing of Kathmandu city. Today’s attractions include Hanuman Dhoka (historic seat of royalty), Taleju Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, Temple of Kumari, Swayambhunath Stupa (the oldest Buddhist shrine), Boudhanath Stupa and the Pashupatinath Temple. After the sightseeing return to your hotel for the overnight stay.

On 22nd day of the tour, you will be taken on a guided tour of the Bhaktapur City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is home to some awe inspiring work of architecture that leaves the visitors spell bound. The city reverberates with the rich artwork, tradition, and the culture of the bygone era of the medieval dynasty of Nepal.

Later return to the hotel for the night stay.

Day 23: Kathmandu - Pokhra (Air travel and local sightseeing)

On the 23rd day of the tour, you will leave Kathmandu for Pokhara. Known mostly for the number of lakes, rivers, and waterfalls that are housed here; Pokhara is also visited for its natural beauty. Your overnight stay will be arranged in a hotel.

Day 24 and Day 25: Pokhra – Chitwan (Jungle safari)

After your morning breakfast, our representative will meet up with you and transfer you to Chitwan where the wildlife activities will begin.

Day 25 is the day for discovering the enthralling ambience of the Chitwan National Park. Nature-walk, trekking. Elephant safari and exploring the village are a few of the activities that you will take delight in, while here. Later return to the jungle resort to spend the night.

Day 26 and Day 27: Chitwan - Kathmandu - Delhi (Air travel)

Early morning on 26th day of your itinerary you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight to Kathmandu. Your overnight stay will be arranged in a hotel.

Next day you will be transferred to board the flight back to Delhi. Upon arrival you will be comfortably transferred to a hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 28 and Day 29: Delhi (City tour)

These two days you will escorted to the various historical and modern landmarks in and around Delhi. Some of the attractions are Humayun’s Tomb, Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Jama Masjid and the Lotus Temple.

Your overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel.

Day 30: Delhi (Departure)

Early morning you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight back to Delhi. From Delhi you will continue with your journey or return back home after enjoying a great vacation across India and Nepal.
